The true nature of all beings is radiant and limitless like the open sky.

Clouds and storms come and go. They fool us that the open sky is gone. They fool us with thoughts that we are trapped and imprisoned.

Realize that behind all the temporary phenomena, the open sky is always there. Clouds will move away, and the sun will shine.

Waves are like our thoughts, they rise and fall all the time leaving no traces.

Yet there is another level of consciousness like the ocean. It is always there like a background. It is clear, vast and equal. It is the ground of every rising thought. It is the ground for all impermanence. Waves are no other than ocean. They are just the unstable aspect of our consciousness.

So, rest in calmness, and clarity will emerge.
