Get a nice journal, a nice pen. Then we can start.
Mindfulness practice is about training our mind to be stable. It is very simple. Whenever the mind wavers, gently come back to the practice.
Sometimes our mind wavers a lot, sometimes less. Just do it without rating or judgment. We can practice mindfulness in sitting meditation, walking meditation, cooking, running and so on, as long as we are fully engage and full present with the activities we are performing.
When we are in meditation, thoughts and ideas come up and we let them pass.
But those thoughts and ideas are very good ingredients for journaling.
